Located steps from the famous Croisette and facing the iconic Carlton Hotel, this 2-bedroom apartment required a complete update to meet the expectations of a high-end clientele.
The challenge
Transform an outdated and dimly lit apartment into a gem for resale, while respecting a controlled budget.
Our solution
The first challenge of this project was to bring as much light as possible into the dark apartment. To achieve this, we opted for several solutions: laying magnificent matt white marble-effect tiles on the floor, painting all walls in satin white, and creating a cornice with indirect LED lighting.
To accentuate the luxury feel of the apartment, we designed several custom pieces of furniture, such as the TV wall unit and the bridge bed. Thanks to the use of off-the-shelf base cabinets, we were able to drastically optimize the budget without compromising on the quality of the final result.
Both bathrooms also received special treatment to maintain this high level of finish. The use of quality materials such as large-format ceramics and Murano glass mosaic, along with carefully selected quality brass fittings, won over the hearts of future buyers.
Finally, the master bedroom, with its headboard designed by our team, was one of the centerpieces of the project, offering the experience of sleeping in an environment worthy of luxury hotels.
