Located within the Floréa Grande development in Dubai's Arjan district, this studio was purchased off-plan by a real estate investor.
The challenge
Create an exceptional and highly differentiating design compared to other similar apartments, while creating a true sleeping area.
Our solution
Conceived as a true jewel box, all the furniture in this studio was custom-designed to maximize every square centimeter. Thanks to the creation of a light partition in metal and glass, we elegantly and softly delineated the sleeping area.
This new partition also served as a support for a custom bench, creating a true dining corner.
The headboard, in midnight blue velvet and marble-effect ceramic, accentuates the luxury feel, echoing the codes of the world's finest hotels.
The TV wall was designed as an ensemble that is both ultra-design and functional, combining several cleverly interlocked features.
