Located a stone's throw from old Antibes, this studio, purchased by a couple of real estate investors, required a complete renovation.
The challenge
Completely rearrange the space in order to allow an optimal distribution of space and create a real sleeping area.
Our solution
After completely demolishing the entire partitioning, we completely redesigned the space by inverting the kitchen and the bathroom. Thanks to the creation of a partition wall with glass partition, we were able to delimit a real 'cocooning' sleeping area as well as a dressing room.
This new separation allows us both to serve as a delimitation for the new kitchen, but also as a support for the TV area facing the living room.
A magnificent blue comes to sublimate the entire apartment, applied on the walls, the kitchen, and the furniture. This ambitious choice was made to better attract the attention of future occupants from rental listing sites.
