Located a stone's throw from old Antibes, this 3-room apartment, purchased by a couple of real estate investors, required a complete renovation and resulted from a property division project.
The challenge
Completely rearrange the space to allow optimal distribution, relocate the kitchen and create a new WC drainage through the common areas.
Our solution
After completely demolishing all the partitioning, we entirely redesigned the space by positioning the kitchen in a former corridor and creating a completely new bathroom with WC.
Thanks to this new layout, we were able to create 2 real bedrooms as well as a beautiful open-plan living area with kitchen. A load-bearing column, originally poorly placed in the room, was transformed into an asset and turned into a support for the dining table.
The bold black and white theme, enhanced with a few touches of color and impressive light fixtures, was designed to better attract the attention of future travelers from rental listing sites.
