Located in the heart of the marina of the famous Palm Jumeirah, this apartment, purchased by a couple of real estate investors, required a complete space optimization as well as a modern update.
The challenge
Completely rethink the apartment's partitioning to maximize the value of underutilized square meters, while offering a decoration that respects the codes of luxury within a controlled budget.
Our solution
The first optimization consisted of completely opening the kitchen to the living area, and positioning a magnificent central island along the length of the room. Redesigned with all modern comforts, it blends perfectly into the room thanks to its soft tones.
The living area was also transformed thanks to its custom TV unit and lime-effect paint, giving the room a luxurious and soothing look.
The corridor, formerly far too large, was narrowed to create a laundry room and a larger bathroom. From a space without interest, it was entirely staged with relief effects and lighting.
The decoration of the 3 bedrooms was completely rethought, with modern headboard proposals thanks to their indirect LED lighting. The master bedroom was completely redesigned to accommodate a new dressing area and bathroom.
