Located just a few kilometers from the Swiss border, this atypical duplex, purchased by a real estate investor, required extensive renovation work to reveal its full potential.
The challenge
Transform an outdated duplex with sloped ceilings into a luxury Airbnb and completely repartition the bedrooms to create 2 luxury suites with en-suite bathrooms.
Our solution
Thanks to a precise rearrangement of the kitchen space, we were able to offer an ultra-functional kitchen under the sloped ceilings, with a luxurious and assertive design.
With its magnificent walnut-effect wood panels and various custom furniture pieces, we wanted to offer a living space that was both welcoming and ultra-modern. The staircase, which was originally a mere succession of small steps, became, thanks to its new design and plant-covered section, a true centerpiece of the entrance.
For the bedrooms, a complete repartitioning was carried out to offer spacious, ultra-functional suites with storage, and above all a private bathroom. Always respecting a decoration centered around marble and walnut, they will offer future travelers an exclusive experience.
